The 3 Week Diet is an ultra-effective system that is often recommended for anyone looking to burn fat and lose weight quickly.

Brian Flatt, the creator claims the system is extremely fast, and produces visible results in just a week.

The 3 Week Diet is a fitness program designed to help you lose fat in as little as 21 days.

People who have gone through the entire program and followed all the steps correctly have seem amazing results.

On average it’s about 10-20 pounds that most people claim to lose.

This program is a lot different than most because of it’s unique approach. 21 days is not a lot of time so they’ve structured the entire 3 weeks in a way to tap into the most potential.

The 3 Week Diet is comprised of 4 phases;

1. Detoxing (Day 1-7 )

Phase one will last 7 days!

3. Increase Fat Intake (Day 9-11)

Okay so you detoxed for 7 days then fasted for a full 24 hours, what’s next?

Well you can finally break you fast and start eating again. During this phase, for 3 days your diet will consist of 80% fats.

Now when I say “fats” I don’t mean burgers and fries (even though I wish that’s what I meant)

Your diet will be filled with high quality, HEALTHY fats. The reason for this is you want your body to start running off of fat instead of carbs and sugar.

Since you cleansed your body of all that and you haven’t eaten for 24 hours your body is not looking for a source of energy. That’s where that fats come.

4. Caloric Deficit (Day 12-21)

By day 12 your body should be rewired to run off of healthy fats instead of carbs.

This state is called ketosis and it is the most optimal state for you to burn fat quickly and effectively!

Phase 4 is the longest in the program, lasting 9 days. During this last stretch things will become a little more customized for your needs.

You will go into a caloric deficit depending on your personal Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

Your BMR is an estimate of how many calories your body burns at rest throughout the day.

The 3 Week Diet will show you how take your BMR and get into the correct caloric deficit to lose as much fat possible in the last 9 days of the program.
